At Dover Publications, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into their original packaging and include the printed return slip.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
